What makes Seamless1 tape hair extensions different from the others in the market place?
Seamless1 Hair Extensions are produced from 100% human hair. The finishing process of the hair is quality controlled and meticulously monitored. Each hair colour is individually treated by hand from an elite experienced manufacturing facility with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of hair.
The tape application is unique to Seamless1 in that it will not cause any damage and also allows the stylist to apply the extension with efficiency and accuracy. This unique tape technology also ensures maximum security and prevents the bulky feel of the extension on your head unlike other brands.
Where does the hair come from?
Seamless 1 hair is finest quality, ethically sourced from Russian hair.
Can I use any shampoo and conditioner on my hair extensions?
Only S1 Organic products are recommended for optimum results. Because the S1 Organic range is specifically developed to ensure that your extension achieves longevity and promote healthy silky hair. Most shampoos and conditioners in the market place contains ingredients that will cause the tape extensions to slide off the hair.
If you choose not to use S1 products, be sure to avoid products that contain Silicon, Paraben, Sulphate, solvent or oil based products.
How long can my hair extensions be?

Will hair extensions damage or slow down the growth of my natural hair?
Some women come to us with concerns that using hair extensions may feel unnatural or be damaging to their own hair. Others worry that once they have hair extensions that they won’t be able to go back to their natural look afterwards. This is absolutely not the case and we have many happy clients that use extensions seasonally or as a short term temporary boost to their look for special occasions and events. We also stock a range of exceptional clip in hair extensions which we can style to suit your look and provide you with an instant boost without any long term commitment.
What type of hair extensions should I get?
There are many types of hair extension methods available and our expert stylists are skilled at working with nearly all of them. Generally tape extensions are a good place to start and will suit most clients looking to try hair extensions. Clip-ins are also a fun way to boost your lox without any commitment. Can you colour hair extensions?
Yes the extensions can be coloured by professional hairdressers. However at house of lox we don’t encourage this. We have such a beautiful range of colours that we can mix & match to achieve the PERFECT shade without colouring extension hair.
What does “remy” mean?
How many tape extensions is a “full head”?
The length and volume of natural hair varies with every client, as does their intended end look – so what constitutes a full head of extensions for one person may be very different to the next. Each packet of tape extensions has 10 individual wefts of hair, and our six extension packages range from a single packet (10 pieces / 25grams) all the way up to eight packets (80 pieces / 200grams). Typically 2-3 packets will achieve a subtle yet luxurious and voluminous look, whilst our Queen of Lox package (8 packets) is serious hair goals – mane addicts apply within!
What is your cancellation and refund policy
For all colour, extensions and keratin services bookings at House of Lox we do require a non-refundable deposit to be made upon booking to secure the appointment.
How often do I need to redo the tape hair extensions in my hair?
On average it is best to redo the hair between 6-12 weeks, depending on how fast your hair grows.
Do you have to have a full head of tape hair extensions?
Tape extensions are a versatile way to add length, volume and/or colour to your natural hairstyle, and they can certainly be used in smaller numbers to add a subtle boost to a natural look. We sell extensions by the half packet (five pieces) to enable greater flexibility for our clients to achieve the look they desire.
Do I have to wait for you to order the hair extensions in?
We keep a very large range of tape and keratin bond extensions in store, and can usually fit extensions as required for our clients. We will discuss your requirements with you at the time of booking and ensure that we have everything we need on the day of your appointment.

How long does my hair need to be to get hair extensions?
Our stylists are experts at blending extensions seamlessly with natural hair and can turn even quite short hairstyles back into a natural looking flowing mane without any sign of extensions being used. Generally you would want around three inches of natural hair length to work with, but we have performed some hair miracles with less – book a consultation with us and we can advise.
How long will my extensions last?
The nicer you are to your Hair Extensions the longer they will last. Seamless1 recommend only using S1 products to ensure longevity. Generally the hair will last up to 6 months.
Can I apply the hair extensions myself?
We recommend that a trained stylist apply your hair extensions. This will ensure the life of each use, prevent any bulky feeling of the hair and naturally make you feel a million dollars!
