Cancellation and Refund Policy
For all colour, extensions and keratin services bookings at House of Lox we do require a non-refundable deposit to be made upon booking to secure the appointment.
In the event of a cancellation the following applies:
Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time.
Cancellations within this time will forfeit the deposit amount and it will be charged to the card details used to secure the booking.
This is due to the lengthy appointment space we need to reserve for these services which will be unlikely to be filled at short notice.
Cancellations greater than 48 hours from the appointment time.
If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice your account will be credited with the deposit amount.
You will then be able to use the entire deposit amount with the stylist you originally booked with for any service or product at a time of your choosing.
Please note, deposits will not be refunded unless there are extenuating circumstances. Please consider this when booking.
